- Mailriser is a newsletter platform that helps you send beautiful emails to your subscribers. We partner with Amaon SES to deliver your emails to your subscribers at scale and at a low cost.
- How many emails can I send with Mailriser?
- There is no limit, you can send as many emails as you want.
- How much does AWS SES cost?
- AWS SES costs $0.10 per 1,000 emails sent. You can send up to 2,000 emails per day for free. If you need to send more emails, you can upgrade your plan.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
- What is your refund policy?
- We offer a generous free plan where you can send unlimited emails for free. You can cancel at any time, for free. If you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You can also continue to use your account until the end of your billing cycle.
- Can I change my plan at any time?
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade your plan, you will be credited for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
- What happens if my payment fails?
- If your payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. You will not be charged until you update your payment information.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel at any time, for free. If you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You can also continue to use your account until the end of your billing cycle.
