To create a tag, select the Tags tab and click the Create New Tag button.

All you need to do to create a new tag is to enter a name and description for the tag and click the Create Tag button.

You can use tags when you are creating a new campaign and want to send it to a specific group of subscribers.

You can set tags to subscriber either automatically when they subscribe or manually if you go to that subscriber and hit the Edit button.
